📦 How Long Does Delivery Take?
The delivery timeline is composed of two phases:

Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:
- We offer a variety of shipping options. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (4–6 business days): Free
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $2.99
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times by Country:
- United States: 3–5 business days – Free Standard Shipping
- Canada: 5–9 business days – Free Standard Shipping
Packages are delivered via DHL, UPS, or USPS.
*All shipping times exclude customs delays. Additional delays may occur during peak seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday.
*Shipments to Canada may incur additional taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Note: Orders may ship in multiple packages for logistical reasons.

🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries/regions except:
- South Korea

⏳ Shipping Delays
Although we aim to deliver on time, delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with an update.
🌐 International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please note that your country may charge customs duties, fees, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
📍 Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
PawBound™ is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
